As Bekir Bilge Gayrimenkul Danışmanlığı (the “Data Controller”), we attach importance to the security and confidentiality of your personal data in accordance with Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”). This notice aims to inform visitors of our website and users of our services about the purposes, methods and legal grounds of processing their personal data, and about their rights.

Through the contact, preliminary valuation and property-search forms and the client-experience areas of our website, you may share the following personal data with us:

• Identity and contact details: your first name, surname, phone number and e-mail address.
• Property valuation and real estate data: the address/location of your property, area in square metres, number of rooms, building age, features, and your target sale/rental price expectations.
• Buyer search criteria: preferred areas, maximum budget range, type of property sought and timeframe.
• Customer relations (CRM) and communication records: request status, appointment notes, transaction history and customer satisfaction feedback.
• Analytics and service quality data: website usage statistics, device and performance data (anonymised data from Vercel Speed Insights / Google Analytics).

2. Purposes of Processing

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes within the processing conditions set out in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK:

• Carrying out free property valuation, appraisal and comparable-sales analysis,
• Matching buyer and seller requests transparently and accurately,
• Contacting you and scheduling appointments in real estate purchase, sale and rental processes,
• Managing customer relations (CRM) and improving service quality,
• Improving the user experience of our visitors and analysing site performance,
• Fulfilling our legal obligations.

3. Transfer of Personal Data

The personal data we collect is not shared with third parties except within the limits set by law. It may only be transferred to public institutions and authorised bodies (courts, law-enforcement units, etc.) where legally required and within the framework of statutory obligations.

4. Rights of the Data Subject

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, as a data subject you have the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data is processed,
• Request information if your personal data has been processed,
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose,
• Know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred, in Türkiye or abroad,
• Request correction if your personal data is incomplete or inaccurately processed,
• Request deletion or destruction of your personal data.
